Cutters are produced using 3d printing technologies.

Cutters are made from polyactide. It is a biodegradabile and biocompatibile plastic, it is made from renewable resources such as corn and sugar cane.

Each roller is produced using 3d printing technologies, is made from hard durable ecological resin plastic, you can easily clean it with cool soap water. If you do need to clean any excess clay left in the embossing grooves you can use a toothbrush or similar soft brush, gently brush the areas to remove remnants. Because of the nature of our design and manufacturing process, the rollers have really fine details and are leaving very nice texture on your clay.

To use the roller: roll out your clay slab and press the roller over it! You can add little bit of cornstarch, baby powder, baby oil or water to help with the separation. The texture on the roller is seamless, so it will leave uninterrupted impression in clay. Applying consistent pressure using your hands, start from the bottom of the clay slab and roll at an even speed all the way to the end of the clay slab. Adjusting the pressure will change the depth of the embossing into the clay to create the desired depth. The softer is the clay, the easier it will be to impress the texture.

Don't use excessive force and very hard clay.
All the prototypes of the cutters models have been tested by me, so they are all working and before shipping them the resistance of the edges is tested.

The rollers will be delivered in a randomly selected colors from our range. The white deposit you see within the design is part of the normal manufacturing process, it is not a fault.
